The purpose of this page is to give you an idea of the types of groups and workshops I have offered and/or run in my role as a Registered Psychotherapist and RP (Qualifying) at Think Joy Drama Therapy.

These Creative Processing Group Therapy sessions for adults include guided action-oriented engagement with the creative arts including guided Drama and Poetry therapy exercises. The group focus is on relational interactions and working on individual goals within the group. Different themes or topics in the group therapy work depend on common threads found within the group.
