Community Collaborations in the Arts and Mental Health in Prince Edward County, ON

Hello!

As a Creative Arts Therapist, Psychotherapist and Professional Visual Artist I am eager to work in the community in my role as a mental heath professional and practicing visual artist.

I enjoy working with younger to older kids, and adults of all ages. I have experience working with a diversity of humans including those who identify as 2SLGBTQQIA+, Indigenous and/or Inuit, those with minority backgrounds including immigrants, older adults, those with varying levels of abilities and capacities including those with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disabilities. I have specialized experience and training in working with younger children as well as parents.

Having recently relocated to Prince Edward County (closer to Picton) in 2026 I am currently seeking to collaborate with community-focused organizations in the area (and/or schools) in 2027 who might be interested in the skills and offerings that I am able to provide.

Below are some of the ideas I have for community focused collaborations.

If you are interested, please contact me and we can discuss possibilities (grants/fundraising) to make this happen!

I am also available by phone: 647-218-8032 or by email: thinkjoydramatherapy@gmail.com
