Group Therapy sessions fees are usually invoiced and prepaid in advance for 4-12 sessions (details below).
You may be eligible to receive reimbursements for psychotherapy or counselling services from your extended health care provider. Individual sessions and group therapy is offered by Venus Lukic, MA, Registered Psychotherapist (RP) [ON], Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.).

A consultation is optional.
During a consultation, therapy goals, pricing, and scheduling may be discussed. An Intake session and/or follow-up sessions may be arranged if desired. See below for info on how to book your own intake and/or follow-up sessions.
The Intake Session
Clients interested in Individual Creative Arts Therapy Psychotherapy services will begin with an intake session prior to booking ongoing follow-up sessions. This does not apply to group therapy participants.

Prior to your intake session you will be sent some standard forms to fill in including an Intake form, Consent form and Limits of Confidentiality form.
An intake session is a first session where we can review your goals and reasons for therapy, and begin to explore your comfortability with expression verbally, somatically and/or creatively.
During the intake session, the intake form and other forms may be reviewed and/or you will be able to ask any questions that you have. We will begin to get to know each other and you can begin to get a feel for how therapy might be structured (or left unstructured purposefully).
Follow-up Sessions
After your intake session you may want to arrange a regular appointment time or you may book follow-up sessions on an as-needed basis. Longer sessions (75 min and 100 min) may be preferable if you feel that at 45-50 minutes into a therapy session you are just getting ‘into it’.
For online sessions, a link will be provided to you prior to your session. In-person sessions will be confirmed by email and are currently available on Mondays and Fridays.
Booking/reserving Group Therapy sessions
Please register your interest by sending an email and/or booking a consultation to ask any questions you might have.
You will be contacted to confirm your interest in joining a group.
You will be contacted again prior to the group starting to confirm payment, start date, and your availability for the session time (group start dates are posted but may be delayed depending on participants availabilities and fit).
Once the group has a confirmed start date you will be invoiced for 4-12 sessions (depends on the offering and/or any pre-determined agreement for group therapy payments).
